Job Description

We are looking for a BILINGUAL- JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR in Fort Myers who is highly motivated to manage the field support efforts through daily interaction, support, development, oversight and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate services
• Conduct client site evaluations
• Support new account orientation
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
• Understand the brand of the franchise

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, undergraduate degree a plus
• Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor
• Strong management skills and leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Flexible hours

Compensation:

• $16-$17/hour
• Commission
• Car Allowance + Expenses
• Paid PTO + Holidays
